1 Eligibility and Account Registration

The x77 platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. x77 is strictly an adult platform. Players under the age of 21 are not permitted to register or play under any circumstances.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of play.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not self-excluded or excluded by any applicable restriction from participating in online gaming activities.
• All information you provide during registration — including your name, date of birth, address, and contact details — is accurate, complete, and belongs to you.

Each individual may hold only one active x77 account. Creating duplicate accounts is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances. x77 reserves the right to verify your identity at any point and to request supporting documentation including valid Philippine government-issued identification.

2 Account Responsibilities

Your x77 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. x77 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Do not share your username, password, or OTP codes with anyone — including family members or friends.
• Always log out after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Notify x77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Keep your registered mobile number active — OTP verification is used for sensitive account actions including withdrawals.

x77 uses SSL encryption across the platform and requires OTP verification for account actions including login from new devices and withdrawal requests. These are platform-level protections — they work together with your own responsibility to keep your credentials private.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on x77 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). There are no foreign currency conversions, and no foreign exchange fees are applied by x77 on standard transactions.

• Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include Philippine bank transfer, GCash, and Maya. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment instruments on x77.
• Funds deposited must be used for gaming on the platform. x77 reserves the right to decline deposit requests at its discretion.
• Withdrawals are processed only to payment accounts registered under the same verified name as your x77 account. Requests to third-party accounts will not be approved.
• KYC identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Submit your documents early in the Account Settings section of your dashboard.
• x77 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time requests or transactions above certain thresholds.

4 Promotions and Bonuses

Promotions available at x77 — including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback, and free spins — are subject to their own individual terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. The specific terms for each active promotion are displayed in the Promotions section of your account.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable as real money. The applicable requirement is stated on each promotion's detail page.
• Not all games contribute equally toward a wagering requirement. Game contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• x77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated through your account or on the Promotions page.
• Only one promotion may be active per player account at a time unless the terms of a specific offer explicitly state otherwise.
• Attempting to abuse promotions — including creating multiple accounts to claim offers repeatedly — is prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

5 Gameplay and Wagering

All games available on the x77 platform — including slots, live dealer casino, eBingo, sports betting, and poker — use certified random number generation or live game mechanics to determine outcomes. Game results are final once a round is complete.

• x77 does not guarantee any outcome, winning streak, or return rate on any game. All gaming activity involves risk and outcomes are determined by chance.
• Bets placed in error by a player — for example, an amount entered incorrectly — are the responsibility of the player. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled once a game round has begun.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, x77 will review the session and attempt to resolve the issue fairly. Outcomes determined by platform errors may be voided at x77's discretion.
• Sports betting markets, odds, and available events are managed by x77's sportsbook operators. All sports bet outcomes are final once the relevant event has been settled.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the x77 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account, or registering under a false identity.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in games or wagering activities.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform's software or games.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or live dealer games.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds for purposes other than genuine gameplay, including any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Allowing a minor (anyone under 21 years of age) to access or use your account.

x77 actively monitors account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where fraud or abuse is suspected, accounts may be frozen pending investigation without prior notice.

7 Privacy and Data

The personal data you provide to x77 — including identification documents, contact details, and payment information — is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in that policy.

x77 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors and identity verification services is shared only to the extent necessary to complete the relevant transaction or verification step.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

x77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account at any time and without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or at the player's own request.

• Players who wish to self-exclude or close their account voluntarily can do so through Account Settings or by contacting support.
• In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any associated bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned after deductions for outstanding wagering obligations, subject to review.
• Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is in place, it cannot be reversed for a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.

9 Changes to These Terms

x77 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, applicable policies, or operational requirements. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via in-account notification or email. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
